The Airforce, moulded on aluminium dies for precise fit and made from UV-resistant polyethylene, features raised direct air intake to ensure clean air flow to the engine. The higher air intake allows for safe water crossing and reduces the amount of dust into the engine, while a built-in rain deflector stops water entering the snorkel during a deluge.
